Write to this address with any question about your data.
2. What data we process and why
Visiting the site
When you open the site, the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. We need this to run the site and protect it from misuse. We do not link it to you personally.
Free analysis
If you fill in the analysis, we receive your answers (area of work, number of people, hours per week), the savings estimate, your name, your email and, if you give it, your company name. We use them to send you the analysis and to contact you about it.
Booking an appointment
If you book a call, we process your name, email, the date and time you chose, the site language and your analysis answers. We use them to create the appointment in our Google Calendar with a Google Meet link. Google sends you the invitation, and we send you a confirmation and a reminder by email.
Contact form and email
If you write to us through the form or by email, we process your name, email address and message in order to reply.
No automated decisions
The savings estimate is a simple calculation based on the values you enter. We make no automated decisions about you and create no profiles.
3. Cookies, analytics and advertising
The site uses no cookies, no analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), no tracking pixels and no advertising.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or pass it on to others for their own purposes. We use these providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Metanet AG, Zurich, Switzerland: website hosting and server logs.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd., Ireland, and Google LLC, USA): Google Workspace for email, calendar, Google Meet and the spreadsheet where we keep requests and bookings. Google also provides the site’s typeface (Google Fonts): to load it, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which therefore receive your IP address.
5. Data outside Switzerland
Google may also process data outside Switzerland, for example in the EU and the USA. Switzerland recognises the EU as providing adequate data protection. For the USA, Google is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the Swiss Federal Council recognises. Google also applies standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep data
- Requests, bookings and messages: as long as needed to follow up on your request, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless we start working together.
- If we start working together, accounting records are kept for 10 years as required by law.
- Server logs are deleted automatically by the hosting provider after a short time.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time:
- what data we hold about you (right of access), and for a copy of it;
- to correct or delete it;
- to stop processing it for a particular purpose;
- to withdraw your consent, with effect for the future.
Just email info@aibility-agency.ch. We reply within 30 days. If you believe we are handling your data improperly, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch).
8. If you are in the European Union
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to you, we process data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), to respond to your request and prepare a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), and on our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f)). You also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
9. Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the two people responsible for aibility can access the data, using accounts protected by two-factor authentication.
10. Changes
We update this policy when the way we handle data changes. The version published on this page applies.
